The cross-border wastewater treatment facility required a reliable SCADA system that would provide operating personnel with advanced visualization and enable remote access to the technology. Key requirements included: SMS and email notification for alarms, comprehensive data logging, real-time remote control capability, and verification that treated water meets environmental standards and criteria — all integrated with the existing Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC.

mySCADA Box was deployed as the supervisory layer over the existing MicroLogix 1400 PLC, providing the full SCADA capability the facility required. The system provides 24/7 continuous monitoring with a complete retrievable operational history, automated alarm management with configurable email and SMS notifications to designated contacts, remote real-time control and monitoring from any internet-connected PC, and water quality compliance verification. The implementation covered the full topology of the treatment facility, creating an integrated platform for both Czech and Polish operational teams.
