Technical data: Our web server automatically logs your IP address and browser type for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

Contact form data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to your enquiry, and where applicable, for pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Analytics cookies are processed only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of our website.

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your contact details for marketing purposes unless you have separately opted in. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Contact form messages are retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention.

Server access logs are deleted after 30 days.

Analytics data (if consented) is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (26 months) and may be adjusted in our Google Analytics account at any time.
