The pump station operator required real-time visualization and data collection from their facility, but the cost and time required for regular on-site visits were unsustainable. They needed a solution that would allow operators to monitor all pump station processes remotely via mobile devices — providing the same operational visibility without requiring physical presence at the site.
mySCADA created custom visualization for the pump station's processes and deployed myACCESS to enable secure remote connectivity. Operators can now monitor the pump station in real time from any mobile device. Data collection runs continuously, providing a full operational history alongside live process status. Remote access eliminates the need for routine site visits while ensuring operators remain fully informed about system status and can respond quickly to any anomalies.
