What is SCADA?

SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is a pivotal technology in industrial automation — a sophisticated control system architecture used across industries to supervise and control processes remotely. Definition

SCADA is a control system that collects data from sensors and instruments across a facility or geographic area, transmits that data to a central system, and enables operators to monitor and control it from a single interface.
